About Us

The Makers Hub (TMH) is a makerspace especially designed for youth starting 7 to 18 years old and is equipped with tools and machines that cover different fields of technology related to hardware development, such as manufacturing (woodworking and metalworking, CNC machining), electronics, 3D design, 3D printing, and 3D scanning. Through hands-on projects, youth conceive technology as a tool to develop their ideas and innovate.

Subscribed members can learn and apply what they have learnt to produce, create and enhance the products, with the help and supervision of trained instructors. In addition, school visits to our makerspace can benefit students from our project based learning process and our designed STEAM sessions (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) integrating two subjects at least instead of dissecting the materials into subcategories.

  • The Makers Hub is an amazing space catering for innovation. The facility, material and environment are all creatively set to allow a young mind to learn, craft and conceive beautiful products. All this, while under the supervision and guidance of excellent mentors.

  • I started at The Makers Hub as a young impulsive teen who wanted everything to be done easily and quickly. However, this place has helped me understand that things in life cannot be done by impulse, they are a result of small steps put together to assemble a great project as whole. At TMH, I have developed skills in actively using hardware technologies as a tool to build my projects and this helped me achieve things i always wanted.

  • Our experience with The Makers Hub helped our students to better acquire abstract concepts in addition to developing motor skills and exploring their creativity. This helps them develop self confidence and autonomy necessary for their future and their everyday life.

  • If we have to sum The Makers Hub experience in two words, it would be: Spectacularly unique! A perfect combination between fun and education, comprehension and practical work and, most importantly, passion and skills. Amazing TMH team showed our students that physics can be fun and easy to understand. Thank you!
